You can use frozen or thawed)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 3/4 cup minute rice (you can use regular rice, just increase liquid and time)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cups chicken broth&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 jar alfredo sauce&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;garlic, salt/pepper, parmasean cheese to taste&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Combine rice, broth and alfredo in 9x13 casserole pan. Stir to mix. season chicken with salt and pepper, as desired. Place chicken in rice mixture and cover with mixture. Cover pan, bake for 30 minutes at 400. Uncover, top with garlic salt and parmesean. Add the porcini mushrooms. Set aside until the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes. Keep the broth warm over very low heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Melt the butter in a heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Add the onions and sauté until tender, about 8 minutes. Add the white mushrooms and garlic. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the porcini mushrooms to a cutting board. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the saucepan. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and the juices evaporate, about 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and let it toast for a few minutes. Add the wine; cook until the liquid is absorbed, stirring often, about 2 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add 1 cup of hot broth; simmer over medium-low heat until the liquid is absorbed, stirring often, about 3 minutes. Continue to cook until the rice is just tender and the mixture is creamy, adding more broth by cupfuls and stirring often, about 28 minutes (the rice will absorb 6 to 8 cups of broth). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Stir in the peas. Add the sausages &amp;amp; mushrooms and cook until brown, breaking up the meat into bite-size pieces with a fork, about 8 minutes. Transfer the sausage to a bowl. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add the artichokes and garlic to the same skillet, and sauté over medium heat until the garlic is tender, about 2 minutes. Add the broth, wine, and sun-dried tomatoes. Boil over medium-high heat until the sauce reduces slightly, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fusilli in boiling water until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring often, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta (do not rinse). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add the pasta, sausage, 1/2 cup Parmesan, basil, and parsley to the artichoke mixture. Toss until the sauce is almost absorbed by the pasta. You can make your own or use store bought).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 egg white&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mix veggies, chicken, soup together in a bowl.  Add thyme, salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;Place bottom pie crust in pie pan.  Put food mixture in pie pan.  Top with last pie crust.  Pinch edges.  Brush top of pie crust with egg white.  Poke with fork to release moisture while cooking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350 for approx 40 mins or until hot and crust is light brown. Then at the end take a wooden spoon and break up the chicken.  (It will just fall apart!)  Grate jack cheese and put over each bowl of chili. Mix all ingredients together, pour over roast.  Place a small amount of water in the baking dish (maybe ¼ to ½ inch).  Cover dish.  Bake for about 40 minutes in 325 degree oven, cooking time may vary depending on roast size. Place in roasting pan. Salt &amp;amp; pepper chicken. Pour over the oat mixture and toss using two large wooden spoons, until the dry ingredients have absorbed all the liquid.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Spread the mixture onto two 11 X 17- inch baking sheets.  Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the granola and reversing the baking sheets, top to bottom, every 5 to 10 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Remove the baking sheets from the oven and sprinkle ½ c of the blueberries over each sheet.  Set the sheets on racks and cool the granola completely, stirring once or twice.
