Oven Roasted Chicken - Robyn

  • 1 whole fryer chicken
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wash, clean out and dry chicken. Place in roasting pan. Salt & pepper chicken. Cover chicken with good amount of olive oil.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until skin is slightly golden and starting to crisp.

Turn oven down to around 350 degrees and continue baking until the internal temperature of chicken (thighs) reach 180 degrees.

(Note: high cooking time temperature might vary depending on oven)
