Granny's Pot Roast

  • Beef roast (any size, 2+ lbs)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Minced onion

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, pour over roast. Place a small amount of water in the baking dish (maybe ¼ to ½ inch). Cover dish. Bake for about 40 minutes in 325 degree oven, cooking time may vary depending on roast size. Internal temp should be: Medium at 160 degrees, well done at 170 degrees,

Great for leftovers
